Highest per capita? Really? I guess it's a fall out after all those hippie communes went belly up and the kids decided to make good money by flaunting their nubile bodies. A result of fewer sexual hang-ups perhaps. I guess Vegas decided whorehouses, I mean, escort businesses were more lucrative than strip clubs.
