Mag, it was horrible. When they said that, I started bawling. I totally get the hacker. That sucks but shit hppens, yanno? When he said my backups had failed - all of them... I wanted to scream. I cried for days. They couldn't even give me a good reason! They just muttered at me and shrugged! This is going to take *forever to recover from and there will be people that will never put their stuff back up because they just won't trust me.
