Accomplishments

Today, I have managed to vomit thrice from stomach flu which arrived yesterday (possibly a weirdly effective voodoo plot [see below] from adararosey and deviantauthor - or perhaps from my dear blonde who had it during the week), drive to my office (an hour away) and back to collect paycheck from boss who had to be blackmailed into writing it before Monday, pick up small blonde child, nap, order dinner, be nice to currently-not-so-beloved partner, and write 588 words of Tapestry wherein we finally see a bit of action.

Pardon, please, the voodoo-who-do is back.

*sighs* all I want to do is to upload a couple of new icons, thanks to the lovely, talented and SO kind AJ of charlie_and_aj. I make the pretty picture slightly smaller than 100x100 and it's 22K and it's still to big? wtf? *sighs* I don't get it.

Also, I need my websites finished. At this point, I am probably willing to pay someone who is familiar with php to just design a new one for TM. I want authors and artists to be able to upload their own stuff to the site but I want it to have the same feel as the old site with the different "rooms" and colors, etc - if possible. If not, I'll see what I can do in a graphics program to make myself happy with a single look. As long as there is a design set up and stupid-person directions for me to follow in uploading the 2000 some stories, etc, I can do the grunt work, just not the design. Anyone? Anyone?
