BTW, I think a few of my orchids were melting.
The list of after house sells to-do's
Get completely out of debt
Pay for blonde's college (yes, she's 8, but that's what CD's are for)
Car - upgrade insurance, engine, new tags, new paint on bumper because Oregon is making my California car peel, shampoo interior
house - GET Air Conditioning, resurface hideous walls on main floor, remove tacky wallpaper where applicable, install decent floor in basement, basement furniture that isn't 15 years old, remove all faux wood panelling, new gutters, new windows, call in landscaper for terrifying back yard and ivy that eats small dogs and certain breeds of squirrel, remodel kitchen and upper bathroom
Please, someone - anyone want a condo in Marin County, just north of San Francisco?
