chapter 49

I think I finished writing chapter 49 of Tapestry. It's headed off to betas now. It isn't as complete or with as many sections as I wanted, but at this point, it just needs to leave this desktop. Chapter 50 will be meatier. This one.. .well, this one is just sex. I feel pretty good about it, though I'm annoyed at myself for not concentrating as much as I should have on it. I somehow let it intimidate me, which is just silly. I also let myself get really distracted in November and December which wasn't fair to me or to Tapestry. I need more focus!

My New Years Resolution? To finish the main story with only epilogues to go by next Jan. 1. That's about 13 chapters, give or take couple.

*cough* so I've had the same resolution for the last 6 years. So What?
